How To Improve Your Laptop Battery Life

Availability of laptops at affordable prices have made it popular among the folks. Earlier it was used only by the business magnets for their business activities. The main advantage of laptops is it's Portability. To make use of this advantage it should have long battery life. Most of the laptop batteries are made up of lithium ion batteries which run for a specific times even without the power supply. A battery life most last for two to three years depending on the intensity of the usage.

Occasionally, some factors add to the thinning lifespan of batteries. The followings are some common examples.

1. Over-wearing and recharging. There is a practice among the folks to put your laptops in power for the whole time you work or draining your battery charge without supplying it power when showing the alarm and make it automatically shut down.these practices can make your laptop battery life fade away as they are dangerous to the battery.

2. Power gush. It's not advisable to plug in battery directly to AC. There are chances of sudden voltage fluctuations which cannot be absorbed by the laptop batteries and this may reduce the life span of the battery.

3. Raspberry ants. There are insects that love to hide behind the lights or any other warm areas in and around the electronic devices. These cans carry dust and other particles inside to your laptop. This can cause harm to your laptop battery.

4. Over-plugging devices to your laptop. We may attach additional external devices say a mouse, printer or coolers to the laptops. These are power consuming and the laptop have the capacity for only supply certain level of power to these devices. So manage your devices to prevent battery failure.
